Data We Collect

We collect the name, email address and payment identifiers you provide at registration, plus session logs that record which games you launched and when. We do not store full UPI credentials or PhonePe PINs — those stay within the payment provider's own encrypted layer.

Cookie Policy

godsatta uses session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your lobby layout. Analytics cookies measure page performance in aggregate. You can adjust cookie permissions at any time from your account settings without affecting your ability to access games.

Account Security

Accounts are protected by password hashing and two-step login verification. Any withdrawal request above a set threshold triggers a manual identity check against the documents you submitted at registration, adding a second layer before funds leave the wallet.

Data Retention

We hold account data for as long as your account remains active and for a defined period after closure, in line with applicable financial record-keeping requirements. Once that period lapses, personal identifiers are deleted from our live systems on a rolling schedule.

Your Right to Access

You may request a full export of the personal data we hold on your account at any time. Submit the request through our Help Centre and we will compile and send the data file to your registered email address within the timeframe set by applicable law.

Correction and Deletion

If your stored details are inaccurate — a phone number linked to the wrong Paytm account, for instance — contact support with the correct details and we will update the record within two business days. Deletion requests for closed accounts are also handled through the same support channel.

Answers to Common Legal Questions

These answers cover the policy and legal questions we receive most often. Each answer reflects how godsatta actually processes the situation described — not a generic summary.

The version in effect on the date you registered governs your account until we issue an update. When terms change, we send a notice to your registered email and post a dated changelog on the legal page — so you always have a record of what changed and when.

We can update terms with reasonable notice. If a change is material — affecting payment conditions or account eligibility — we notify you at least seven days before it takes effect. Continued use of the account after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We share payment identifiers with UPI and PhonePe processors to complete transactions, and anonymised session data with analytics providers to measure site performance. We do not sell personally identifiable information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Submit a closure request via live chat or email. Active wallet balances must be withdrawn before closure completes. After closure, we retain transaction records for the legally required period, then delete personal identifiers from our active databases on the next scheduled purge cycle.

Access depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. Certain states or union territories may have regulations that affect eligibility. You are responsible for confirming that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable to your location.
